With more than 30 years of combined experience in leadership, education, and business ownership, Roxanne and Erick know firsthand what it takes to build strong teams and thriving workplaces.

Erick built and scaled a successful forestry and landscaping business before turning his focus to leadership development. He’s known for his no-nonsense approach, straight talk, and deep respect for people doing the real work.
